Travis Scott is the face of Saint Laurent Men’s Spring/Summer 2019 campaign, starring in a series of images and short videos art directed by the fashion house’s creative director Anthony Vaccarello and shot by the renowned David Sims. The black -and-white shoot captures Saint Laurent’s timeless style in its simplicity, while also exuding it’s rebellious attitude with the help of Iggy Pop’s “The Passenger” as the soundtrack. In the images, Scott models several of the flashy pieces from the collection, like a chain-trimmed blazer and a studded and sequined jacket.
This isn’t the first time Scott and Saint Laurent have made something special together. Last year, Scott made a cameo in Saint Laurent’s Spring/Summer 2017 campaign video where he laid down atop a moving Mercedes. Scott and Saint Laurent also curated and created a limited-edition vinyl released at the Parisian boutique Colette last December. The record came in a luxe leather sleeve featured 12 tracks selected by Scott, including songs by Cardi B, Kanye West, Frank Ocean, and himself. Soon after the vinyl’s release, Saint Laurent and Scott made the playlist available through Apple Music, available to stream now.END
