Beauty brand Costa Brazil lives up to its eco-friendly ethos with a pledge to donate all its profits from its most popular product, the Creme Para O Corpo Body Cream, to the Amazon Forever campaign. The effort, spearheaded by leading philanthropist BrazilFoundation and Costa Brazil’s sourcing partner Conservational International, is focused on COVID-19 relief and the long-term recovery and sustainability within the indigenous communities of the Brazilian Amazon. The Latin American country has suffered one of the worst coronavirus outbreaks in the world, and its rainforest and rural communities are especially vulnerable. In support of its home country, Costa Brazil’s charitable sale will launch tomorrow, September 5, and run through rest of the month.
The beauty line was founded by Francisco Costa, former womenswear creative director of Calvin Klein, on a dedication to thoughtful and selective sourcing and processes that promote restoration and preservation. The skincare is clean, vegan, cruelty-free, and environmentally friendly. Enriched with rejuvenating natural ingredients, Costa Brazil’s body cream contains aloe leaf juice, breu branco extract, and orange flower water ethically harvested in the Amazon.
Costa Brazil’s Creme Para O Corpo Body Cream is available online.
