She is also a co-initiator of the chamber orchestra Trondheimsolistene. She is one half of the improvisation duo Sheriffs of Nothingness together with Ole Henrik Moe, who won the Norwegian Grammy in 2017 and the Nordic Council Music Prize.

She stands out on the contemporary music scene as a bold composer, taking special interest in the interplay between the visual and the auditory and how they affect each other. Her compositional practice is characterised by curiosity, imagination, humour and precision. Through her work she creates unexpected and absurd auditory situations through playing with tradition, often resulting in a particular strangeness. Her work opens up perceptions of the world as complex, alive, and ever changing and not heading towards a final climax.

Kristine has won multiple prizes for her composition and her works have been performed over large parts of Europe. As clarinettist she has performed at many of the major European new music festivals with the award winning ensembles Ensemble neoN, Tu00f8yen Fil og Klafferi and asamisimasa.

Lasse Marhaug has since the early 1990s been one of the most prolific artists in the Norwegian noise/experimental music scene. Vivian Wang is a Singaporean sound artist, composer and multi-instrumentalist. She diverged from her classical training when she started art rock ensemble The Observatory, a prolific group with more than 10 releases and the name behind experimental music festival Playfreely. Vivianu2019s current work explores intermediate spaces across a range of sonic intersections in art, culture and space. She delves deep into acoustic projects that explore sound making in alternative transdisciplinary fields. Her main instruments are synth, voice, electronics, field recording and prepared objects. 

Vivian has toured and worked extensively. She was part of a project series called Struck Modernism, that audifies recordings of sculptures set into vibration with a hammer. In these works, modernist sculptures went beyond being perceived as objects alone, but were temporalised and transformed into sounding bodies. Other recent performances include the Venice Biennale 2019 and Utrechtu2019s biggest annual festival Le Guess Who. Her collaborators include sound artists Tarek Atoui and Lasse Marhaug, as well as pop artist Jenny Hval, contributing to both the album and the touring of The Practice of Love

Maja Nilsen lives and works in Oslo, Norway and is a visual artist, set designer and costume designer. In her work, Maja is interested in how people have lived their lives and how we throughout history have tried to understand the world around us. She is a carillonist in Oslo City Hall where she also programmes the repertoire, and for Uranienborg Church, as well as performing on special occasions like state visits and the Nobel Prize Ceremony. She is also part of the chamber orchestra The Touchables, plays in the hand bell quartet Markusklokker and in the hand bell cover band Ula Metall. Laura specialises in contemporary music and is frequently involved in cross-over projects, for instance in the long term collaboration with Kristin Ryg Helgebostad, the culminted in the project Me Too in 2015 which was nominated for the Norwegian Music Critics Awards.
